Organizational Information
Mimijane Foundation for Women and Children with Disabilities is a Non-Governmental Organization incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria with Registration Number CAC/IT/NO 117203. The foundation is located at Suite 18, Oyibo Odinamadu Block, National Women Development Centre, Central Area, Abuja, FCT. As a statutory requirement, the Foundation is Tax Compliant with Tax Identification Number 21057857-0001 and Tax Clearance Certificate 10466845 obtained in Nigeria from the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
The Foundation has also been duly registered in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 (1) (a) and (4) of the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act, 2011 of Nigeria RN: SC151406733.
Mission
To promote health/human right of women and children with disabilities and create opportunities for self-employment, entrepreneurship through vocational skill acquisition, to show case the drivers’ abilities in disability.
